Hi, I’m Maggie — the creator behind Nurse Life Balance! 

I started this business because of the nurses, staff, and coworkers in my department who helped carry me through some of the hardest days of nursing school. I wanted to create meaningful gifts as a way to thank the people who showed up for me during long shifts, stressful exams, emotional days, and everything in between.

When creating products, I had one rule in mind: if it wasn’t something I would actually use myself — or something my coworkers would genuinely love using at work — then it wasn’t worth creating.

As healthcare workers, we all know the usual pizza parties and company T-shirts can only go so far. Nurses deserve products that feel personal. Things that add personality, comfort, confidence, and a little bit of fun back into healthcare life — something that helps us escape “scrub jail” and still feel like ourselves during a 12-hour shift.

Nurse Life Balance was built for the girls balancing patient care, coffee runs, night shifts, studying, gym sessions, and trying to hold onto who they are outside of work. From claw clips to accessories and future lifestyle products, every piece is designed with hardworking healthcare workers in mind.
